Description of project:

Project consisted of full mechanical services replacement, inclusive of removal of existing services, and installation of new hot and cold water systems, LTHW and associated Bms control systems.

This was a delicate project as the sheltered housing remained occupied throughout the project, and all hot and cold water had to remain operational. Therefore, programming the project was key and phasing the works with residents and Selwood housing were critical drivers for completion.
