Description of project:

This project was the refurbishment of 2no exterior outbuildings on the Glenside campus as a change of use. One room had previously been used as a refrigerated store and had to be decommissioned to allow safe removal and disposal. Works were then carried out to supply and install new LTHW heating, domestic pipework and sanitary ware plus ventilation to a male and female prayer rooms. This project came with its challenges due to the Grade II listing of the site and also existing site services. Works were handed over on program and on budget.
